Ms. Pallabi Siddiqua brings over 19 years of distinguished academic and financial leadership, marked by her current role as Associate Professor in the Department of Finance at the University of Dhaka, where she has shaped the next generation of financial professionals while publishing extensively on corporate governance, investment behavior, and macroeconomic policy in leading journals. Her proven strategic acumen is evidenced by her service as Treasurer of the Bangladesh MBA Association and her advisory roles in multiple university forums, underscoring her commitment to ethical governance and institutional development. With a decorated academic record, including multiple gold medals, Dean’s Merit List honors, and top-ranking positions at the national level, coupled with hands-on consulting experience in World Bank-funded projects and international trade analysis, Ms. Siddiqua uniquely bridges rigorous research, practical financial expertise, and visionary leadership. As the Chairman of INDEPTH, the financial and management consulting portfolio of the organization is leveraging highly on her deep understanding of financial markets, corporate restructuring, and sustainable economic growth to drive impactful, responsible, and forward-thinking advisory services and to fulfill INDEPTH’s mission to deliver data-driven, context-sensitive solutions, leveraging her.
Abu Saleh Mohammad Musa is currently working as the Managing Director of INDEPTH, a knowledge sharing platform for development practitioners from around the world. Mr. Musa combines strong analytical, financial and management skills with expertise in project management; research, evaluation & development; participatory appraisal & training; financial management; product development; technology innovation; product costing; social performance; microenterprise & business development.
Asif U Ahmed is A senior strategic adviser with more than twenty-seven years of cross-sector experience, he works across institutional strategy, organisational development, programme leadership, business development and partnerships, drawing on experience in international development, corporate social investment, higher education and strategic consulting.
S.M. Imtiaz Bhuiyan is a management consultant and researcher with nearly 9 years of experience in strategy, market intelligence, development and research, with sector exposure across technology, startups, social enterprises, RMG and FMCG. He has contributed to consulting engagements for organizations including Oxfam, Malala Fund, BICM, Swisscontact, Habitat for Humanity International, Plan International, VSO, Islamic Relief, ILO and MRDI, covering private-sector development, entrepreneurship, livelihoods and youth development, policy and industry analysis, sustainability and business ecosystems.
